The Better Mission
College Athletics is in the midst of colossal changes. From NIL, the Transfer Portal, Conference Realignment, Social Issues, Student-Athlete dynamics, inflation and so much more.
How are these pressure points affecting your leadership?
The waves of change require a different approach to building programs, leading teams and departments, developing players, directing coaches, and in how you think about athletics. It is becoming too easy to leave and too hard to create trust. This requires you to:
Think better.
Lead better.
Communicate better.
Perform better.
Be better.
Every single day.
We believe we can help.
Some are choosing to leave. We want to help you stay.
Some are allowing stress to drain them. We want to turn stress into fuel.
Some are pulling back. We want to help you run toward the waves.
Some are losing their peace. We want to turn it to power.
Some are losing their passion. We want to help you renew it.
Some are choosing to get bitter. We want to help you get better.
When you have a system for getting Better, everything changes.
Better starts with you. As a person, as a coach, as an AD, and as a leader. Better is a company - a concept and a lifestyle - devoted to helping you adapt to the future of leadership in athletics.
We help you create systems that will radically improve:
Communication from coaches to players and coaches to each other.
Trust within programs and locker rooms.
The mental and emotional intelligence of every person in an athletic department.
Elite levels of athletic and organizational performance.
Individual influence between staffs and departments.
Personal resolve and peace of mind.
Better has built the very best of 21st-century leadership thinking and tied world-class content to simple technology to help ADs, administrators, coaches and athletes thrive in the midst of the chaos the athletic world is facing.
While others fall back, we get Better!
